STEPS: 1.Attain your marriage certificate from the Dona Ana County Clerks Office. 2.The Judge is required to sign the marriage certificate upon completion of the ceremony. 3.Two witnesses are required to be present for the ceremony and to sign the marriage certificate 4.The certificate must be returned to the county clerk after the ceremony has been performed.
